Notable Work Experience
SEO Manager (ProWritingAid)
I lead all things SEO at ProWritingAid with the support of an amazing content team.
A work still in progress, I have reshaped the on-page SEO to achieve a 126% increase in KWs ranking in positions #1-3 in my first 10 months at ProWritingAid. This was achieved by educating the content team and training an SEO assistant.
I also created an off-page SEO strategy that has helped rank for the majority of the highest intent/search volume KWs in the niche, working with agencies to implement my strategies effectively.
I also worked with developers to recommend improvements from a technical SEO aspect, work on a blog re-design and CMS migration among other things.
You can see my results pretty accurately on Ahrefs; I joined when the site was on a decline after being hit by Google Updates, I left with it on track to achieve 12m+ organic entrances in 2023.
SEO Manager (Lovehoney)
I was able to implement some on-page SEO improvements on key landing pages for some of the highest intent KWs in the niche.
The niche that Lovehoney operate in is widely considered as the most difficult online, with unique factors such as safe search not being an issue in other niches.
Head of Affiliate Marketing & SEO (Opti-Nutra and Performance Lab)
I single handedly grew UberNet (the affiliate program that houses all Opti-Nutra and Performance Lab products).
I also hired and trained SEO content writers to work on the blogs of both the Mind Lab Pro and Performance Lab websites. Both of which turned over 6 figures each month after only 1 year.
I’m proud to have taken both companies from start up to a combined £8.5m annual revenue.
